BackgroundWritten medicines information (MI) is important for consumer education, and is dependent on adequate health literacy. Effectiveness of resources relies on health care professionals (HCPs) providing them to consumers, and on consumers reading and understanding them. Evidence suggests limitations exist with standard Consumer Medicines.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
