  • Abstract:

Food is known to have a significant effect on the bioavailability of some oral drugs, but this effect is not generally amenable to quantitative prediction. We will present experimental results indicating the importance of considering concurrent, dynamic processes (e.g., dissolution, precipitation, permeation, lipid digestion, drug partitioning)
