When b-cells secret insensitive insulin or insulin receptors are abnormal, called insulin intolerance or resistance, induced tissues and organs like muscle, lipid and liver cannot use glucose effectively. The insulin concentration in patients with Type2 DM are high, b-cell secret more insulin compensately which are proposed to maintain normal..
