  • Abstract:

    Backgrounds

A potential disadvantage of liposomal systems is the limited long term storage because of poor stability. Payne et al. solved this problem by forming proliposomes. Proliposomes are dry, free-flowing granular products of drug and phospholipid which form multi lamellar liposomes after the addition of water.
