  • Abstract:

    Backgrounds

A DNA vaccine is one of promising vaccine strategies since engineering of the antigen is theoretically easier in comparison with other vaccine technologies. To achieve the successful DNA vaccine, delivery of the antigen-encoding gene to the antigen presenting cells and their immune-activation are both prerequisite.
