BackgroundsMaking amorphous form of a drug is a technique for improving absorption of insoluble compounds.
AimsThe goal of this study was to apply flux measurements for assessment of degree and extent of supersaturation that can be achieved by amorphization of the drug.
Indomethacin (IND) and felodipine (FLD) were among the drugs selected.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
