    Backgrounds

    Intestinal substance P is considered to involve in the mechanism of cancer chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.

    Aims

    The aim of this study was to compare the intestinal substance P metabolism after a single administration to rats of cisplatin or methotrexate, which have different emetogenicity in humans.
