  • Abstract:

    Backgrounds

    Fentanyl, a synthetic µ1-opioid subjected to significant metabolism by CYP3A, is clinically approved as transdermal patch. The dose should be titrated individually to a tolerable and adequate analgesia. But its intra-individual variation of the transdermal absorption has not been clarified yet.
