  • Abstract:

    Linezolid (LNZ), an oxazolidinone antibiotic active against Gram-positive bacteria, is prescribed as an alternative to glycopeptide antibiotics and may be prescribed in resistant tuberculosis. In order to prevent emergence of resistance, local guidelines have been established. 

    Patient data treated with LNZ were collected by the pharmacy
