  • Abstract:

    It is well known that cardiopulmonary bypass alters propofol kinetic disposition. 

     

    Ten patients (9M/1F) were included, 62 yrs; 75kg; 28kg/m2; 278min length of surgery. General anesthesia including sufentanil (0.5μg.kg-1.h-1), pancuronium (0.1 mg/kg) and propofol was infused to achieve the predicted plasma concentration of 2.0μg/mL during CABG and
