  • Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining vitamin B1 and vitamin C in compound potassium iodide eye drops by HPLC. METHODS A column Diamonsil C18 (250×4.6 mm, 5μm) was selected. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.05 mol•L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution, and gradient elution was adopted. The flow rate was 0.7 mL•min-1.
