  • Abstract:

    Nimodipine was used to prevent cerebral artery spasm in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage and ruptured cerebral aneurysms. The infusion solution of nimodipine containing 23.7% of ethanol was found to be hepatotoxic. A clinical strategy was developed to enhance the safety use of nimodipine intravenous solution.
