Effect of double-bond numbers in octadecanoyl acetal sodium sulfite on erythrocyte plasma membrane of rabbit in vitro

    The effects of the double-bond numbers in Octadecanoyl acetal sodium sulfite (HOU-C18:n; n=0, 1 and 2) on the hemolysis of erythrocyte, the fluidity of membrane and the conformation of membrane protein were investigated.
