  Swaziland has a critical shortage of pharmacy personnel. The Government provides scholarships for Swazis to study Pharmacy in neighbouring countries.  However, those trained often do not work in the public sector after obtaining their qualifications, resulting in pharmacy personnel absent / in critical shortage to provide adequate pharmaceutical..
