    BACKGROUND
    Extremely low birth weight (ELBW) prematurity may have invasive candidiasis (IC) after prolong and/or broad spectrum antibiotics treatment. This study try to describe the outcome of six-week fluconazole prophylaxis (FP) initiated from the 4th day of birth.
