  • Abstract:

Annually more than million individuals are diagnosed with colorectal cancer (CRC) and with a death rate ~33%. Widely used non-specific chemotherapy worsens patient quality of life, despite its excellent efficacy. Thus, we formulated targeted rapamycin micelle to deliver lipophilic anticancer drug specifically and validated its therapeutic efficacy ..
