    I Background: Ritonavir is the protease inhibitor with very low bioavailability due to its limited aqueous solubility (BCS Class-II member). Several attempts have been made to stabilize amorphous form of Ritonavir. We attempted to stabilize Ritonavir in amorphous form by using binary amorphous technique with proven pg-p substrate and inhibitor..
