Background
The acceleration of demographic aging is happening very quickly in Japan. The shortage of medical resources has become a serious problem. We thought one of the solutions would be to promote the effective use of community pharmacies for supporting chronic disease patients. But there are few educational programs about supporting patients.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
