Background
NAFDAC, established by Decree No 15 of 1993 has 13 directorates. The Regulatory and Registration directorate is responsible for the registration of all regulated products.
The processing stages for applications are: documentation, label vetting and approval stages. For a paper based application, these stages require 90 days from the 1s.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
