One size does not fit all. Standardized drug concentration to administer emergency drugs in adults is not always possible for use in small size paediatric patients and may quickly result in fluid overload. To circumvent this problem paediatric clinicians have been using weight based concentrations, refer to as the "Rule of Six". With this method..
