    A novel in-vitro dissolution model that mimics the in vivo process of drug dissolution and absorption has been designed to evaluate the in-vitro release rate of poorly water-soluble compounds. The ability of the model to predict the in vivo absorption behavior for poorly water-soluble compounds and provide information on in vitro-in vivo
