Malaria is a parasitic disease endemic to over 100 countries and accounts for over 1 million deaths a year. Prevention of malaria for travelers includes behavioral modification, insecticide treated insect netting, personal protection measures and chemoprophylaxis. This session will briefly explore the recommendations pharmacists may make.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
