Experiential education is a mainstay in healthcare pedagogy. Through real situations, observations, experiences and reflection, knowledge acquired in the classrooms is practised and reinforced. Students enter a transition phase that exposes and adjusts them to actual working environments, which is also a significant self-discovery phase for them.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
