    Aim: Physiological based PK modeling (PB/PK)1,2 is available as commercial programs to support decision making in biopharmaceutical development. Application examples are presented how PB/PK may support scientists to compartmentalize their understanding and to divide the process from oral drug intake until drug absorption into the several steps
