CLP-19, a cyclic peptide derived from Limulus anti-LPS factor (LALF) which can neutralize LPS in vitro and in vivo. In this study, we show CLP-19 attenuate TNF-a production induced by LPS a novel way. Real-time PCR and ELISA analyses indicated that CLP-19 could suppress LPS-induced expression of TNF-a mRNA and protein by RAW264.7 cells. ELISA
