Objective: We have already found that losartan inhibits metabolism of arachidonic acid, which is mainly metabolized by CYP2C8, 2C9, and 2J2, in human liver microsomes. In this study, we have performed to demonstrate inhibition of paclitaxel and fluvastatin metabolism using human liver microsomes with 2C8 and 2C9 variants.
Methods: Human liver .. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
