    Pharmacists in many Canadian provinces now have the expanded scope of practice to prescribe for a growing list of minor ailments, including (but not limited to) urinary tract infections, acne, cold sores, gastroesophageal reflex, emergency contraception, conjunctivitis, ringworm, insect bites, shingles, and seasonal allergies.
