Background
Pharmacy is focussing on patient-centred services to address society's healthcare needs. In New Zealand (NZ), government policy is supporting this change.Methods
NZ pharmacists took an online questionnaire including (1) BFI (openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism) (2) OCP (3) Achievement Goals..
