Background
The prevalence of Clostridium difficile infection (CDI) displays a high relevance for constraining antibiotics-associated diarrhea and the odds ratio of the comparison between treatments with proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and without PPIs for CDI risk is 1.99. We present a case of CDI colitis-associated with antibiotic and PPI use.Methods
