Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) with the relatively safe profiles are widely used for treatment of acid-related diseases. However, severe cutaneous adverse reactions (SCARs) induced by PPI such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) or toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) are rarely reported.Methods
