Background
Pancreatic cancer, probably due to characteristic late diagnosis, is associated with high mortality. The Liver-X_Receptor (LXR) is a druggable target for the development of agonists that could mitigate pancreatic cancer development. Literature indicates that experimental molecules GW3965 and 4-(3-Aryloxyaryl) quinoline sulfone have LXR..
