  • Abstract:

To improve the solubility and bioavailability of poorly water-soluble flurbiprofen, flurbiprofen-loaded solid dispersion was developed using the spray-drying technique with water, sodium carboxylmethyl cellulose (Na-CMC), and polysorbate 80 (Tween 80). The effect of Na-CMC and Tween 80 on the aqueous solubility and dissolution rate of flurbiprofen ..
