Background
Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) continues to rise. Despite guidelines recommending prescription-only antibiotic dispensing, limited data suggest over-the-counter (OTC) antibiotic access remains prevalent in many LMIC, including Tanzania (TZ).Methods
