Background
Dissatisfaction with work conditions contributes to pharmacists' workplace-related stress, leading to the need for prevention and managment strategies 1,2,3.Methods
A national confidential on-line survey used the Workplace Climate Questionnaire to measure workplace satisfaction and the PSS-10 questionnaire to quantify stress experienced..
