  In 2017, a metastatic breast cancer pharmacy led clinic was set up within Velindre Cancer Centre, UK. The pharmacy led clinic (PLC) clinic consisted of pharmacy technicians educating patients on new cancer treatments, and a pharmacist non-medical prescriber (NMP) reviewing and assessing patients prior to their next cycle of cancer..
