Streptomyces sp.139 was identified to produce a new exopolysaccharide designated Ebosin in our laboratory. Qualitative and Quantitative sugar analysis showed that Ebosin consisted of galactose, arabinose, mannose, fucose,xylose,rhamnose,galacturonic acid and glucose.The pharmacology studies shows that it has remarkable anti-rheumatic arthritis..
