  • Abstract:

Background: Poly(lactide-co-glycolide) nanoparticles (NP) have been widely used as a drug delivery system for both small molecules and macromolecules. However, the colloidal stability problem remains unsolved.
Aims: This study aims to investigate the interaction of SCMC and PLGA NP and feasibility in using SCMC as a stabilizing agent of PLGA NP.
