  • Abstract:

    Background

The programme netCare started as a pilot in April 2012 in 196 Swiss pharmacies. Further to a training, pharmacists can perform a triage of patients for 25 health conditions and symptoms covered by the programme in the consultation room of the pharmacy. This triage is based on decision trees jointly developed by pharmacists and doctors.
