    Backgrounds

    The host immune response as well as neurotoxicity of nanoparticle is an impediment to clinical translation. The evidences regarding stability and safety of nanoparticles is still lacking.

    Aims

    Reduce the nanoparticle-induced neuroinflammatory response and create a novel nanoparticle, which have a great promise for use in therapies
