  • Abstract:

    During the process of Clinical Pharmacy implementation, internal and external factors may promote or hinder the incorporation of care in the pharmacist practice. Studies in developing countries show that the implementation success is related to knowledge about the stakeholders’ perceptions involved in the process of change.
