  • Abstract:

Elderly are at high risk for drug-related problems (DRPs). It is well recognized that genetic factors influence DRPs. Pharmacists are uniquely positioned to implement pharmacogenomic (PGx) services to minimize DRPs and maximize drug-related benefits for the elderly.
