  This presentation is composed of two parts: the history of higher pharmaceutical education in China, and the current situation. 

  The higher pharmaceutical education in China went through three developing stages historically, described as the establishment stage (1906-1949), the formation stage (1949-1978) and the expanding stage (1978 up to now).
