The Welcome Party is a chance for you to network with new contacts and catch up with old friends. In a friendly and informal atmosphere with drinks and snacks served generously, please come along and relax after the excitement of the first full day at the Congress.
The Welcome Party is open to all registered participants and their registered accompanying persons.
Bus service will be available between 18:00 and 18:30 to all hotels booked through KW Conferences.

Section Dinners
Most Section dinners will take place at the 5 star Hotel Taj Krishna in Hyderabad about 30 minutes bus drive from the HICC area as well as all Hotels blocked for the Congress down town Hyderabad.
The Taj Krishna is an architectural masterpiece. This luxurious hotel offers a grand staircase and marble pillars. Guests can look forward to a distinctive dining experience, one that explores the nuances of the finest Indian and international cuisines, serving traditional and contemporary favorites.
All dinners (buffet style sit down, including wine/beer/soft drinks) at the Taj Krishna will be sold for INR 3270 (€ 53,00) including transportation.

Closing Dinner Event
