The registration fee for participants includes:

  • Admission to all sessions except Pre-satellite symposium R1 for which an additional registration fee is required.
  • Opening Ceremony
  • Welcome Reception
  • Entrance to the Exhibition
  • Access to all submitted Abstracts and Biographies as of 15 August 2011
  • Congress Bag with Final Congress Programme and List of Participants (name and country of participants registered and paid by 15 July 2011)
  • Access to a website where you can download the (slides of the) presentations (available as of 1 December 2011).

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

  • Opening Ceremony
  • Welcome Reception
  • Entrance to the Exhibition
    Please note that the fee for accompanying persons does NOT
    include admission to the sessions.

Terms of cancellation

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to NewBrooklyn.

  • In case of cancellation before or on 15 May 2011, the registration fee less an administration fee of 10% will be refunded
  • In case of cancellation between 15 May and 31 July 2011, the registration fee less an administration fee of 50% will be refunded
  • As of 1 August 2011, the registration fee will not be refunded.
  • The terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances, also if a visa is officially refused to the participant and or accompanying person.
  • Replacements or name changes are handled as cancellations.
