The registration desk will be open:
Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 September 2011 from 07:30 – 17:30;
Monday 5 to Wednesday 7 September 2011 from 08:00 – 17:30;
Thursday 8 September 2011 from 08:30 – 14:30 hours.
Because of security measures your registration upon arrival may take more time than anticipated.
We therefore strongly advise you to go to the registration desk as early as possible.

Only official representatives from our Member Organisations and Observer Organisations can be admitted to the Council Meetings. This means that each representative will be asked to submit a written proof when registering, that he/she has been officially appointed to represent his/her organisation.
Please note that per organisation ONE participant can be registered as a Council delegate.
The Council Meetings will also be attended by the FIP Bureau Members and Section representatives.

The Assembly represents a major opportunity for FIP individual members to be involved with policy development within FIP. The FIP President, Michel Buchmann, will report on the work of FIP. In particular there will be an opportunity to discuss the draft Centennial Declaration, also called “The Amsterdam Declaration”.

During the FIP 2011 Congress, an industrial exhibition will take place in the Hyderabad International Convention Centre, close to the lecture halls, poster exhibition and conference venue. This exhibition will be an ideal platform to stay in touch with the latest trends and developments in pharmacy products and services. We encourage all participants to visit the exhibition, as the pharmaceutical industry contributes greatly to the success of the conference. This exhibition is the responsibility of and organised by the India Host Committee and is open to all registered participants and their registered accompanying persons.

The FIP Showcase at the opening of the Exhibition is the perfect opportunity to learn more about FIP Sections, SIGs and Forums. Browse posters representing each of these FIP bodies and speak to representatives during the Showcase Exhibition.

BREAKS

The coffee breaks during the sessions will be from 10:00 to 11:00 in the morning and from 15:00 to 16:00 in the afternoon.
Between the sessions there will be a lunch break from 12:00 to 14:00.
