Subsidized poster printing service for FIP 2014

We are pleased to announce a new collaboration for the Bangkok 2014 congress.  You may upload the poster before the Congress and collect it on site at the Poster Desk in BITEC.

PosterSessionOnline is a complete poster service that provides authors with everything necessary to posters:

 

  • Tutorials, templates and a complete helpdesk support team
  • Upload a PowerPoint or PDF file of your presentation before the congress
  • Get your poster quality-checked and printed on photographic paper
  • Collect your poster on-site
  • View all posters online for 1 year

 

We also encourage all presenters to upload their posters to the FIP 2014 virtual poster gallery (available FREE for all posters, even if you print it yourself)

Waiver of liability

All poster presenters are responsible for putting up and removing their own poster in a proper way and strictly within the indicated timeslots.
If presenters hang up their poster too early or do not remove their poster in time, FIP is not responsible for any damage that might happen to the poster when it has to be removed by staff members.


Please also note that it is not possible to ship posters to the BITEC prior to the Congress.

Following the success of the PosterSessionOnline service at Amsterdam 2012, we are pleased to announce a new collaboration for the Dublin 2013 congress. You upload the poster before the Congress, as of 21 June 2013, and collect it on site in Dublin at the Congress Center.
