  • Abstract:

    I. Background: The present study explored the polypeptide-based triblock copolymer, poly(l-aspartic acid)-b-poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(l-aspartic acid) (PLD-b-PEG-b-PLD), to develop a biodegradable nanocarrier for the delivery of anti-cancer drugs.
