    I. Background

    In 2013, the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) celebrates 15 years of success. As a quality assurance program for community pharmacy, QCPP is consistent with FIP Good Pharmacy Practice principles and is recognised as Australian Standard AS85000:2011- quality management system for pharmacies in Australia.
