    Background:

    Pharmacist-managed anticoagulation clinic was introduced as part of clinical pharmacy services to optimize therapeutic monitoring and patients’ education in achieving therapeutic and ACQoL outcomes. However, it is not known how careful, often repeated, counseling provided by the pharmacists impact upon patients’ ACQoL.
