    Insulin therapy has been shown to reduce morbidity and mortality when introduced to suitable type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients at an early stage, or aggressively enough to achieve their glycaemic control. Malaysian data shows that many T2DM patients are not achieving Hba1c of 6.5% as recommended by the ministry of health but very few people ..
